SHIPPING Because we know our customers like to receive their jewelry in a timely manner, we do our very best to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, even during holiday seasons. We ship using FEDEX Standard, Priority and Express Mail. Standard mail usually takes from 4-8 business days, Priority mail usually takes 2-4 days to arrive, but neither method is guaranteed delivery time. Express mail is guaranteed 1-2 shipping, depending on where you live. We package our jewelry in bubble wrap for extra protection.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are happy to ship internationally, so once you have had a chance to browse through our website and have chosen the items you would like to purchase, please use our Shopping Cart system to submit your order. Please fill in your shipping information completely, and order comments including item color needed for your merchandise. We will notify you via email of the shipping cost that will be added to your order. All international packages are shipped via FEDEX Standard International Mail. Customers are responsible for all custom fees, duties and tariff costs imposed by your country.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to US Postal Restrictions where silver importing is not allowed, we may not be able to ship our jewelry to your country. After the order form is completed and submitted, we will contact you via email to notify you if we are able to ship to your country. Also, there are certain countries with a high occurrence of internet credit card fraud, and we can not accept credit card payments through PAYPAL from them. SALES TAX INFORMATION:
Because we are located in Mexico, only Mexican residents will be required to pay sales tax. The amount charged is 15% of your order. Shipping in NOT taxable. The sales tax is automatically calculated when you proceed to check out.
Due to the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
For Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in original conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The 10% reimporting fee and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your Bank Account or Paypal account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which present manufacturing defects upon receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any lose during the shipment, We suggest USPS Globe Priority Mail or Express service as shipping method.
